Authors are requested to check the formatting of the paper before final submission. To ensure a successful submission, at least one full registration for each accepted paper must be made before the registration deadline; One full registration covers a maximum of two papers. the final paper must be submitted before the camera-ready submission deadline. UCICS-2026 reserves the right to exclude an accepted paper from distribution after the conference if the submission does not meet the standard IEEE conference paper format.
Authors must remove, replace, rewrite, or redraw the content (text, figures, tables), if any, from already published sources (check the similarity report sent with reviews). Nothing is to be done in the reference section. But full sentences or paragraphs highlighted in the plagiarism report are to be removed or rewritten using new sentences. The overall similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 30 percent, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10 percent
The top left corner of each page of the paper must contain a header with the following details:

At this stage, the authors must include their information (Names, Affiliations, Postal Addresses, Email addresses, etc) in the paper.
