Camera Ready Submission Guidelines

After the notification of accepted or rejected papers has been sent, the authors of accepted papers will get an email from the Conference Chair instructing them to upload the camera-ready paper to the Microsoft CMT system.

Authors are requested to check the formatting of the paper before final submission. To ensure a successful submission, at least one full registration for each accepted paper must be made before the registration deadline. UCICS-2025 reserves the right to exclude an accepted paper from distribution after the conference if the submission does not meet the standard IEEE conference paper format.

Checklist:

• Revision:

  The manuscript must be revised carefully according to the reviewers' comments. Authors must remove, replace, rewrite, or redraw the content (text, figures, tables), if any, from already published sources (check the similarity report sent with reviews). Nothing is to be done in the reference section. But full sentences or paragraphs highlighted in the plagiarism report are to be removed or rewritten using new sentences. The overall similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 30 percent, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10 percent.

• Header:

  The top left corner of each page of the paper must contain a header with the following details:

• Author's Information:

  At this stage, the authors must include their information (Names, Affiliations, Postal Addresses, Email addresses, etc) in the paper.

• Formatting Requirements:

  The final manuscript must be prepared using the standard IEEE conference templates available at this URL: IEEE Conference Templates
  Criteria to be followed (similar to the initial submission):
  

  • Paper length: Maximum 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
  • Allowable file size: 10 MB
  • Paper Size: A4
  • File Type: Single Pdf
  
  
• Submission Process:

  The camera-ready paper must be submitted electronically as a single PDF file through Microsoft CMT. Authors will receive an email with a link for final upload upon paper acceptance.
